Excerpt:

Sarah met her boyfriend Tim on holiday. After a year of far away dating, she chose to transfer to be closer to him. But her step was more challenging than a lot of, because she was moving from Canada to the U.S.
As a registered nurse, she had the ability to locate work here rather easily. She then opened a checking account, but when she tried to obtain a credit card from her bank, she was rejected due to lack of a credit history. Although she had developed some credit in Canada, none of that appeared in U.S. credit reporting agencies' files. Luckily, Tim works for Credit. com, so she understood who to ask for aid!
