A Las Vegas Strip dining establishment bearing the initials of celebrity financier Donald Trump was briefly shut down after health examiners located violations including month-old caviar and expired yogurt. DJT, the trademark steakhouse at the Trump International Hotel, began over Nov. 2 with a restored "A" grade-- several hours after Southern Nevada Health District officials logged 51 violations throughout a regular evaluation. Thirty violations incur a "C" grade, area spokeswoman Jennifer Sizemore stated Friday. Examiners reported locating outdated, expired, unlabeled, mishandled and improperly saved meals, according to a recap uploaded on the health area 's internet site. The closure was first reported by KTNV-TV as part of a "Dirty Dining" section focused on location restaurants.
